Questions
How fast is it?
You get a watermarked preview within one working day of your go-ahead, once you've confirmed the facts and photo rights. The clean files are sent as soon as you've approved and paid.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, one free round of changes is included.
What if a fact is wrong?
If something doesn't match the material you sent us, we fix it free within one working day, every time, and it doesn't use up your round of changes. If we make a mistake we can't fix after you've paid, we refund the £29 + VAT in full. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
What if I don't approve it?
You pay only after you approve the preview, by replying (for example, "approved"). We never take silence, or using the preview, as approval: if we haven't heard back, we send one reminder after 3 days, and after 14 days the order closes with nothing to pay.
How do I pay?
After you approve, we send either a secure card payment link (Stripe) or a bank-transfer invoice, whichever you prefer; clean files are released once payment clears.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes. The price is £29 + VAT per pack.
